To Seal or Not to Seal??

An article in the October issue of "This Old House" described several ways to stop air infiltration into your house. In the very same issue, there was an article describing how many homes are too air tight and you need to install ventilation fans to exchange stale (polluted) inside air with fresh outside air. Ummmmm..... how about leave a little natural infiltration and skip the fans and save some $$.
